If something is not right, please contact us. In most cases, issues can be resolved quickly without unnecessary steps.
Return eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be:
Unused
In original condition
In original sealed packaging
If your product is defective, please send us a clear photo. After review, we will confirm the appropriate solution.
Important
Beauty products cannot be returned.
Items purchased during sales or promotional discounts are not eligible for return.
How returns work

Email info@reliore.com before sending anything back.
We operate with multiple distribution centers. The correct return address depends on where your order was processed.
Prepare your package
Securely repack the item in its original packaging.
Include a note with your order number inside the parcel.
You are responsible for the return shipment.
Always request a tracking code from the shipping provider.
After dispatching the return, email us with your tracking details and whether you prefer:
A refund or an exchange.
Please note
Our headquarters are located in China. Returned products may need to be shipped to our supplier in Asia.
Processing & refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
Arrange an exchange as quickly as possible or process your refund within five business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Cancellations

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of purchase can be refunded directly.
After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer possible if the order has entered processing. In that case, the product must be returned once received.
Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, original shipping costs will be deducted if applicable.
Delivery time for exchanged items depends on your location.
We recommend using a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance for all returns.
